Dallas Real Estate – Where To Enjoy Christmas Lights In DFW

dallas real estate

If our Dallas real estate professionals know one thing, it’s that this is the time of year people in the DFW area love to take a leisurely drive at night with the family to see the gorgeous holiday lights. The season warms our hearts, and the lights seem to reinforce a feeling of love and peace. If this is an annual tradition for your family, where should you go to see the most outstanding Christmas lights? We’ve got a few suggestions.

How about traveling via motor coach and letting someone else do the driving? See the downtown Dallas holiday displays and those in the Park Cities while you tour around the city’s dessert venues with Dallas by Chocolate, open 6:30 to 10 p.m. weeknights and 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday nights. Check out the details at https://www.dallasbychocolate.com.

You won’t want to miss the over-the-top Christmas lights and decorations at Interlochen Lights 2018 in Arlington, starting at Westwood Drive and Randol Mill Road. Cruise through one of Dallas’s longest-running and popular attractions between 7 and 11 p.m. beginning Dec. 14 and running through Dec. 25.

Free admission if you don’t mind a little drive to Addison’s Virtuvian Park, where you’ll take in what seems like billions of lights on over 500 trees in the park – it will leave you speechless! Open now through Jan. 1, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. nightly.

Bedford’s Glenbrook subdivision is a must-see for those who would like to experience Texas-themed Christmas lights and decoration; after all, everything’s bigger in Texas! Go to Cummings Drive at Brookside Court in Bedford anytime between now and Dec. 31 from 6 to 10 p.m. nightly, and see the story, “The Night Before Christmas – in Texas, That Is” played out in spectacular display.

Grand Prairie’s Prairie Lights is a must-see for those in the DFW area and stretches out for a couple of miles over which you’ll see four million lights, an animated light tunnel, hundreds of new displays and more. Lots of other fun stuff going on as well, you can get all the details at https://prairielights.org.

We hope you enjoy all of the Christmas light displays and other festivities going on in and around the DFW area this holiday season!
