We utilized Bill Nelson for the sale of and purchase of two houses in Flower Mound. On our sale we interviewed various brokers to see who we thought would provide the best value. His pricing strategy brought us the most of any realtor we looked at. He is extremely knowledge of the market and has a great support team.
This may be a good firm overall but my experience with Tyna Haygood specifically was one I regret. What she does not tell you is that once your home you are selling is under contract, she will not help you whatsoever with the purchase of your new home. She will not answer her phone and you will be left to negotiate on your own. Very unethical practices by this realtor.
Tara was awesome to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
She was always quick to respond and help in any way.
If you need to buy or sell a home in the Dallas area you should give her a call
Team Nelson really acts as a team to make sure we had feedback and input on both the sale and purchase on two of our homes. While I hope not to be moving anytime soon again, if we did, Bill would be my first call.
