United Supermarkets, based in Lubbock, announced on Monday that it will build a store in Flower Mound which will be located at the northeast corner of Prairie Rd. (FM2499) and Crosstimbers Rd. (FM1171), part of the River Walk at Central Park development. This is exciting news for the community! Market Street stores offer a wide range of natural, organic and specialty items along with supplements and body care. News reports also say that the new store will offer wine and beer by the glass, and a casual dining area. The store reportedly will be 55,000 square feet.
Of course, The Highlands of Flower Mound offers everything you could need in one stop from jewelry, cameras, dental services, hair salons and yogurt to banking, garment cleaners, a GameStop, great food and furnishings/decor for your beautiful home. Famous Footwear, Mattress Giant, Steinmart and Pier 1 Imports are just a few of the names you will find among the dozens of stores and shops.
